Walking & Cycling Groups

It’s long been proclaimed that physical exercise is good for our well being.

Although joining a gym might work for some, it’s not for everybody, but medical practitioners tell us that walking or cycling for just 150 minutes a week can help to keep us healthy.

If you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle & would like to join one of our walking & cycling groups, come to our Hub in the Castle Grounds.
